Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan dan tren penelitian fuzzy decision-making dalam bidang manajemen melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada semakin kompleksnya proses pengambilan keputusan akibat ketidakpastian, keterbatasan informasi, dan dinamika lingkungan bisnis modern. Fuzzy logic dipandang sebagai pendekatan yang efektif untuk mengakomodasi ambiguitas dan subjektivitas. Data diambil dari database Scopus dan Web of Science periode 2000-2025, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan VOSviewer untuk memetakan kolaborasi penulis, kolaborasi negara, co-occurrence kata kunci, serta visualisasi tren penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan perkembangan penelitian yang signifikan dan terpusat pada beberapa penulis dan negara utama. Tseng, Ming-Lang menjadi penulis paling dominan, sementara India memimpin kontribusi publikasi secara global. Tema penelitian berevolusi dari pendekatan teoritis (fuzzy logic, MCDM, AHP, TOPSIS) menuju aplikasi praktis di supply chain management, risk management, serta isu keberlanjutan kontemporer seperti circular economy dan waste management. Penelitian ini memberikan pemetaan komprehensif evolusi bidang tersebut serta implikasi bagi pengembangan metode pengambilan keputusan yang lebih adaptif di era digital dan berkelanjutan.
