Abstract

Islamic education plays an important role in addressing various moral issues in the modern era by instilling Islamic values and fostering noble morals and character in students. Normatively, Islamic education is ideal because it emphasizes a balance between worldly and spiritual aspects derived from the Qur'an, Hadith, and ijtihad. This study uses a literature review method. Literature research aims to understand and analyze concepts and theories relevant to the discussion of the relevance of Islamic religious education in facing the moral challenges of the digital generation. The results of this study  in facing these challenges By implementing various innovative solutions, Islamic religious education not only adapts to digital developments but also optimizes the use of technology to improve its effectiveness and relevance. The comprehensive and flexible integration of technology in Islamic religious education plays an important role in preparing a Muslim generation that is not only digitally literate but also has a strong understanding and practice of Islamic values in the modern era.
