This study aims to analyze the effect of the number of industries, population size, and investment value on employment opportunities in Mojokerto Regency. The study is motivated by the importance of employment creation as an indicator of regional economic development and by the dynamics of industrial growth, population growth, and investment, which are expected to influence labor absorption. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and other relevant institutions during the observation period. The data are analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on employment opportunities. The findings are expected to provide empirical evidence regarding the relationship between the number of industries, population size, investment value, and employment opportunities in Mojokerto Regency. Furthermore, the results are expected to serve as a reference for local governments in formulating policies related to economic development, investment promotion, industrial development, and employment expansion to support sustainable economic growth.
