Studi Literatur Penerapan Model PBL Terintegrasi SDL Berbantuan Game Edukasi terhadap Kemandirian Belajar dan Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah

21st-century learning demands skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and independent learning. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 25 scholarly articles (2016–2026) to examine the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model integrated with Self-Directed Learning (SDL) and supported by educational games (such as Wordwall, Quizizz, GeoGebra, and Canva). The findings indicate that PBL consistently enhances problem-solving abilities, while SDL fosters learning independence and responsibility. The combination of these approaches, supported by educational games, proves effective in boosting students' motivation, active participation, critical thinking, and learning outcomes, making it a worthy innovation for 21st-century education.
