Effective waste management requires an organized process of recording, monitoring, scheduling, and document management. PT Indonesia Lestari Group, a company operating in the waste processing industry, faces operational challenges due to manual processes, such as recording pickup requests through direct communication, phone calls, and instant messaging apps. Additionally, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) documents are not managed in an integrated manner, and the intercity pickup scheduling process lacks a centralized system, increasing the risk of document loss, recording errors, information delays, and scheduling irregularities. This study aims to design and implement a web-based waste management information system to assist the company in managing customer data, pickup requests, scheduling, MoU documents, notifications, and reporting. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, encompassing requirements planning, system design, development, and implementation phases. Built on the Laravel and Filament frameworks with a MySQL database, the system design was modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and evaluated using Black Box Testing. The results indicate that the system successfully automates previously manual operational workflows, including customer registration, pickup request management, status tracking, MoU management, and reporting. Key features such as MoU digitalization, intercity pickup scheduling, and automated notifications significantly improve operational efficiency and data transparency. Black Box testing confirmed that all tested features executed in accordance with predetermined scenarios, while the RAD approach enabled iterative development based on user feedback to effectively meet the company's operational needs.
