The development of information technology and social media has transformed the patterns of societal interaction, including law enforcement practices in Indonesia. The "No Viral No Justice" phenomenon has emerged as a public perception that a legal case only receives serious attention from law enforcement agencies after it goes viral on social media. This condition indicates a gap between the law as a norm (law in the books) and its implementation in practice (law in action), prompting the public to utilize digital spaces as a means of social control to attain justice. This study aims to analyze the "No Viral No Justice" phenomenon from the perspective of the sociology of law and to examine its implications for the effectiveness of law enforcement in Indonesia. This study employs a normative legal research method utilizing both a conceptual approach and a statute approach. Data were obtained through a literature review consisting of statutory regulations, scientific literature, and prior research findings. The results of the study indicate that the "No Viral No Justice" phenomenon reflects a decline in public trust toward law enforcement institutions, as well as the growth of social media as an instrument of social control
